Actor Kim Kibum Fan Meeting in Thailand a Huge Success!





Actor Kim Kibum held a highly celebrated fan meeting in Thailand. 

At 5 P.M. on the 31st (Thai local time), Kim Kibum held the '2013 Kim Ki Bum Memory of Love Fan Meeting in Bangkok' at the Central World Live Hall in Bangkok, Thailand and enjoyed a great time with over 3,000 Thai fans.

On the 28th, over 2,000 local fans gathered at the Suvarnabhumi Airport of Thailand to see Kim Kibum’s arrival. Also at the press conference held on the 29th, numerous media including 9 Entertain, Daily news, Thairath news paper attended to cover news on Kim Kibum, once again showing the high level of interest on him.

Furthermore, tickets to the fan meeting was sold out in just ten minutes, and there was a huge crowd that gathered around the fan meeting venue filled with fans who were unable to purchase tickets, exhibiting Kim Kibum’s huge popularity in Thailand. 

Kim Kibum started the event by singing ‘Moon of Seoul’ and after the stage performance, he said in Thai “Kid Thueng Mak (I missed you)”, which Thai fans cheered excitedly to, and also sang a Thai song ‘Kop Kun Ti Rak Kan (Thank you for loving me)’ together with Thai children to stir up the event.

Kim Kibum also spoke on issues that fans would be curious about such as about his character ‘Geum Eun-dong’ on the tvN drama ‘I Love Lee Tae-Ri’ as well as roles that he would like to try in the future. He also impressed fans by extending his appreciation saying “I am so thankful and was moved because so many people come to see me at the airport whenever I visit Thailand. Let’s meet more often in the future.”

Kim Kibum also gave an autographed book and hat to fans selected by games and shook the hands of each fan, while also taking photos with them as he spent a great time communicating with fans. 

Also, Thai fans prepared a surprise event with a video message and a sign saying ‘We’ll promise to look after you forever’, which moved Kim Kibum to tears.

Meanwhile, Kim Kibum recently ended filming the Chinese martial art drama series ‘Tian Long Ba Bu’ and is currently looking over screenplays to choose his next work. cr. SMTOWN.com
